Architectural Association Archives Catalogue
The AA Archives aim to document the administrative and educational history of the AA and to preserve examples of the Association's material culture and graphic output.
Formal cataloguing of the Archive's holdings was begun in 2010 and the first phase has now been completed, consisting of a full description of the AA’s core governance
and administrative records.
Work has now begun on the cataloguing of the Archives' extensive holdings of historic student records, drawings, portfolios, graphic materials and models dating from the 1860s to the
design projects of today's Diploma Honours students. At present, an estimated 13% of drawings and other records have currently been fully catalogued.
Please note that the Archives cataloguing project is in its infancy and that if material cannot be found on the catalogue, queries should be made to the Archivist:
